Industrial Air Cleaners

Designed for Industrial Applications
Each ambient air cleaner is equipped with a powerful 3000 CFM blower draws air through high-efficiency, high capacity filters that easily capture process dust, oil mist and other airborne particulate.
When sized for 8-10 air changes per hour, these units will generate a constant reduction in the amount of air-borne particulate by 75-90%.

Configuring a System of Ambient Air Cleaners
How does each unit work and how many are needed?
Our OX3000 series air cleaners utilize a T-Style airflow pattern that pulls dirty air in through inlets on both ends and exhausts clean, filtered air through a fan in the center.
Each unit in the OX3000 series come equipped with a dual set of micro-glass fiber bag-style filters to maximize filter area while allowing the unit to operate with minimal static pressure. The lower airflow-to-filter ratio provides higher efficiency and longer filter life.
The OX3000 series is designed to serve larger spaces with heavy duty contaminants like machining smoke, welding fumes and manufacturing process dust. With a properly configured system of ambient air cleaners, you can expect a constant reduction in the amount of air-borne particulate by 75-90%.

Frequently Asked Questions
Investing in an ambient air cleaner system is a decision that will improve your facility's air quality, but may require some careful consideration. We've answered some of our customer's most frequently asked questions here.
The number of air cleaners necessary to efficiently improve the air quality in a space is dependent on the size of the space, capacity of the air cleaner, placement of the unit and type of contaminant.
1. Hang it up
Our ambient air cleaners have 3 simple installation alternatives: "L"-Brackets, Eye Bolt with Chain & Strut with Chain
2. Plug it in
Our ambient air cleaners are equipped with a standard 10' power cord and wall-plug. The unit is truly "Plug & Play". (Except for some 3-phase options which need to be wired)
3. Turn it on
A toggle switch on the unit controls the fan speed, Lo-High-Off. This switch is easily removed and re-located by anyone with the appropriate electrical experience.
Over time, the filters will become clogged with particulate and will need to be replaced. The best practice is to replace these filters on a regular basis. In a particularly dirty woodshop, for example, the pre-filters would need to be replaced every 1-2 months, and the bag filters would required replacing every 6 months.
We use common, standard-sized filters and provide them in case-quantity at a competitive price. All of those factors make these units reasonably inexpensive to own and operate. (Typically $187/year, but your particular results may vary)
